XADO
TEST REPORTS
Many of our clients
ask for test reports as evidence of the effects of XADO. We are happy to
provide the following XADO test reports and electron microscope scans of
XADO treated metal surfaces that have been carried
out. They show the real improvement that XADO can make
to performance and particularly to the reduction of
polluting particulates and NOX.
There are two independent electron microscope scans of the metallic surface
structure of two engine pistons. They are taken before and
after using XADO and clearly shows the CERMET surface
created.
The following detailed electron microscope scans
are of the
surface of a 12V-90 diesel engine cylinder after it had been treated
with XADO revitalazant. The test reports scans show how
XADO revitalazant has created a cermet
(ceramic/metal) layer within the micro cracks and fissures on the
metal surface of the cylinder wall.
The first test report scan shows
all the micro cracks and fissures filled with the cermet
structure. The remaining scan images show a fissure in the
middle of the first scan image, which due to its size was not totally
filled. It is within this area that the individual cermet
particals can be seen in different states of magnification.

The above is another before and after scan
taken by the Okegawa University of Japan again clearly shows that
all the micro cracks previously present on the metal surface of an
engine piston that have been filled with cermet.
The
Environment:
XADO works to improve the tolerances in your engine, reducing
exhaust emissions dramatically in a remarkably short time. We
have documented carbon monoxide being reduced as much as 82%.
Test

decreases in HC & CO levels as well as a decrease in CO2.

Safe
