How
XADO Technology works?
XADO
is a Natural product that is Environmentally Friendly. It is
a form of ‘NANO Technology’; the process takes place at
atomic levels,
but produce macro effects.
XADO
- Cleans, repairs metal structures
When
XADO comes into contact with metal, XADO cleans and repairs the metallic surface structure.
It removes and cleanses any non-metallic matter that is
present on the friction surfaces; at the same time a reaction
occurs with any surrounding metallic particles present and
chemically re bonds and incorporates these particles back into to
the main metallic structure, thereby returning surface structure
to its original state.
As
soon as friction has been significantly reduced (due to the
reduction of the friction coefficient of the newly formed surface)
the REVITALIZING process stops. The result is an optimal fit and
finish of each mechanical part, mechanism and assembly.
XADO
- Creates a CERMET Coating
During
XADO revitalization treatment the surface structure created is a CERMAT
coating* (see definition below). Cermet has a unique
characteristic: Cermet is extremely hard (5-6
times harder than steel), highly
resistant to corrosion and is very smooth
(the friction coefficient is reduced by between 100-300 times).
The
reduced friction coefficient increases performance and because of
the CERMAT layer, the REVITALIZED part or mechanism is superior to
the original.
